Five in Five
Give to the Five in Five for the Next 175 Challenge to Support the Southwestern Experience
Members of the Southwestern community have the unique opportunity to partner with the Truman J Odiorne Family for a truly transformational gift to the University. The Five in Five for the Next 175 Challenge will leverage an incredibly generous gift of $5.1 million from Margaret S. Odiorne and her late husband, Truman J Odiorne ’66, by raising an additional $5.1 million in five months during Southwestern’s 175th anniversary celebration.
The Odiorne gift establishes a permanent endowed scholarship fund to benefit students from the Texas Hill Country. All gifts and pledges to Southwestern made February–June 2015 will contribute to the Five in Five Challenge. The collective effort will enhance the Southwestern Experience by supporting students, faculty, academic programs, technology resources, co-curricular programs, and the campus living/learning environment.
Regardless of size, your gift can help celebrate your own Southwestern Experience through the Challenge. The impact of every dollar raised will be multiplied by the power of the Southwestern family and lead us into the next 175 years of engaging minds and transforming lives.
